At The Local Fly Co, we stand behind our gear and our service. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date.

If your return arrives at our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date, you can choose a full refund, exchange, or store credit—whichever works best for you.
If your return arrives after 30 days but within 60 days, we’ll gladly issue an exchange or store credit.
Special order, clearance, and discontinued items are not eligible for return.

Packaging Guidelines

All returns must be properly packaged and protected. Items sent in standard letter envelopes often arrive damaged and cannot be credited. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please package items with care.
