Do we carry saltwater gear?
Absolutely! We are proud to have rods and reels, and flies for all waters! From the fishing the flats in the Bahamas for bones to jetty hopping the breach ways in Rhode Island, we have you covered.
What is your FREE SHIPPING Carrier?
For our grand opening we are offering free shipping on all orders. Most will ship USPS First class or UPS ground
Do you offer in-store pick up?
YES!
If we receive your order by 5pm we will have it ready the next day at opening.
Do you offer casting classes?
Sure Do! Our next class is May 17th lead by world renowned fly casting instructor Mark Sedotti. Registration will open soon!
Do you offer fly tying instruction?
Yes, we typically offer this in the winter months every week, but we plan on doing 3 special classes this summer on bugs we do not normally tie.
Can you recommend a guide?
The Local Fly is working with a book of guides who are absolute experts in their style and technique of fishing. If you give us a call we can curate your trip for exactly what kind of experience you are looking for. From learning new water, perfecting your dry fly game, to chasing a true apex predator fish.
